Scope: Create 36 condo units in two different buildings in Whitefish Montana. Units range from studio to two bedrooms.

Solution: To take advantage of surrounding views parking was placed on the first floor. Stacked units provide for efficient mechanical and plumbing.

Architectural Thoughts: Although there are several of the same unit type in each building, our goal was to blend the exterior so one can’t tell where one unit starts and another ends.
