In rural Colorado where John grew up there is not a lot to do if you do not love the outdoors. This is where John perfected the art of exploring, and he has never stopped. He embarked on a one-way motorcycle journey to Bozeman after backpacking through South America and Europe. In the following decade, he earned a Master's in Architecture from Montana State University and worked with internationally known architects. Since 2002 John has designed and managed a variety of project types including residential, commercial, industrial, financial, education, and multi-family housing. He focuses on architectural craftsmanship, client needs, budget, and schedule.
Professionally and personally, John is committed to community engagement, sustainable design, and the arts. He devotes time to community boards, taught at the MSU School of Architecture, and volunteers in local schools. John, a father of two, enjoys biking, skiing, fishing, hunting, and cooking.

Growing up in the Oregon countryside, as a 15 year old Carl white water rafted on the Rogue river and decided he wanted to be a river guide. However many of his family members were engineers including his father who encouraged him to pursue engineering. After a ski trip to Montana he moved to Bozeman to attend Montana State University where he earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management and a B.A. in Spanish. After graduating he was a fly fishing guide in Alaska for a couple seasons. The first task he was given in Alaska was to put the floats back on a Beaver aircraft because the lodge owners felt he was the most qualified. He was a little nervous as the plane took off from that lake but it never crashed as far as he knows!
After running a wilderness camp in the Togiak National Wildlife Refuge he passed the engineer in training (EIT) test and started working as a design engineer for Beall Trailers. He then relocated to Bozeman and worked in the Structural Insulated Panel (SIP's) industry creating 3 dimensional models and shop drawings. Then he worked as a production engineer for a local contractor building upper end residences in Montana and Wyoming. He believes strongly in value engineering and enjoys taking projects from architectural design into fabrication. Raising two kids and watching them grow has been his most rewarding life experience. Carl enjoys playing saxophone and guitar, skiing, and hunting. He is certified in welding and in his spare time can be found in his shop working on cars and doing steel fabrication.

Tomas was born and raised in Uničov in the Czech Republic (former Czechoslovakia). At the Technological Institute in Brno Tomas studied mechanical engineering and computer science. During his time in Brno Tomas competed in ski racing throughout Europe. In 1999 he moved to Seattle for a job opportunity at Terabeam Corp., a telecommunication company manufacturing free-space optical systems. In the early 2000’s Tomas moved to Bozeman with his wife to work with a local architect. There he honed his skills at digital rendering and learning with the myriad of rendering software. He joined the Ensito family in 2020 where he continues to make us look good with his rendering talents. Tomas thrives at working through the hard stuff when it comes to software and computer modeling.
In his spare time, Tomas can be found ice climbing, skiing the backcountry, and taking his daughters out on powder days. During Montana’s summer scaling sheer cliffs and boulders is his jam!
