Scope: Convert an 1888 building into modern housing and retail space.

Solution: Work with the existing structure and major building elements to create 9 office suites, 5 retail units and 12 residential units.

Architectural Thoughts: The building, originally a furniture store, saw many renovations and additions over it’s life span. This in turn created some very unique spaces.
