Scope: Create 28 commercial condo units to house a multitude of business types.

Solution: We designed a single unit 30’x60’ and 20 feet tall. This is an efficient structural span and allows for mezzanine office space.

Architectural Thoughts: The challenge in creating repetitive buildings is to create interest in the sum of the parts.
