Scope: Create eight up scale condominium in a Montana resort community.

Solution: We created a design solution that has a repetitious floor plan but, creates an interesting font elevation. Scaled for the context in which the site, these lofts are designed with luxury and functionality in mind. Central Avenue condominiums reflect downtown living at its finest . These three story lofts have an open floor plan, generous bedrooms, and a two car garage. Each unity has multiple decks with great view of the mountain.

Architectural Thoughts: It is always challenging to resolve both plan and exterior form to create something that is cost effective to build yet interesting. This is one of our great enjoyments.
