Scope: Create 48 residential condo units and 8 commercial condos. There are four different buildings all three stories tall.

Solution: We designed two different type of units to occupy the second and third floor. These could be used for all buildings. The ground floor units were more flexible for special use and requirements.

Architectural Thoughts: The site provided the opportunity to arrange the buildings to maximize views and sunlight. Three of the four buildings front a park and two have immaculate views of the Bridger Mountains.
